📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end production of advertising campaigns including TVC production, print material creation, OOH artwork and fabrication, and digital asset delivery
• Source, brief, and manage vendors including production houses, film directors, photographers, print suppliers, and outdoor fabrication companies
• Prepare production cost estimates and monitor actual expenditure against approved production budgets across all assigned campaign projects
• Co-ordinate pre-production activities including casting co-ordination, location scouting, propping, and shoot logistics for ad film and photography productions
• Manage post-production workflows including edit brief preparation, colour grading co-ordination, sound design, and final delivery format preparation
• Ensure all final artwork files for print, OOH, and digital campaigns are prepared to vendor specifications and delivered within confirmed production timelines
• Maintain a database of reliable production vendors, updated rate cards, and post-campaign quality evaluations to support efficient future production planning

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of advertising production management experience covering TVC, print, outdoor, and digital campaign production at an agency or production house
• Thorough understanding of print production processes including pre-press, offset and digital printing, lamination, and large-format OOH printing specifications
• Experience managing ad film production from pre-production planning through shoot execution to post-production final delivery
• Strong vendor management skills with the ability to source, brief, negotiate, and quality-control production vendors across multiple campaign formats
• Ability to prepare accurate production cost estimates, track expenditure, and manage project budgets within approved limits
• Excellent timeline management skills with the ability to run multiple production projects simultaneously without compromising delivery quality or deadlines
• Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in Mass Communication, Fine Arts, or Design is an advantage for advertising production roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
