📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction execution for one or more residential towers from foundation to possession.
• Prepare and maintain project master schedule using MS Project or Primavera and track progress weekly.
• Manage all subcontractors for civil, MEP, and finishing works including contract administration and performance monitoring.
• Control project costs against budget, review billing engineer outputs, and approve subcontractor payments.
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance across all active work zones on the project site.
• Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams on project status updates and possession timeline commitments.
• Report project progress, cost variance, and risk issues to senior management on a regular basis.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. in Civil Engineering; MBA in Construction Management or Project Management is an advantage.
• 6 to 14 years of residential construction project experience with at least 3 years in a project lead role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large subcontractor teams and multiple concurrent residential tower construction.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera for scheduling and resource planning.
• Strong understanding of RERA compliance requirements including project registration and quarterly disclosure reporting.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is preferred for senior project manager roles.
• Leadership skills to manage multi-disciplinary site teams including civil, MEP, QC, and safety personnel.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
