📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of qualitative research projects including focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic studies, and online qualitative methods
• Moderate complex FGD and IDI sessions across consumer, shopper, and expert respondent groups in Tamil and English
• Synthesise findings from multiple qualitative data sources into coherent consumer insight frameworks and strategic recommendations
• Write comprehensive qualitative research reports and prepare insight-led client presentations with clear narrative structure
• Develop qualitative research proposals and methodology notes for new client briefs in collaboration with client servicing teams
• Mentor junior qualitative research executives in moderation skills, analysis techniques, and report writing standards
• Manage project budgets, fieldwork timelines, and respondent recruitment for all assigned qualitative research projects

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or Graduate in Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or related Social Sciences with two to six years of qualitative research experience
• Demonstrated experience moderating FGDs and IDIs across diverse consumer segments in Tamil and English
• Proficiency in NVivo, Atlas.ti, or systematic thematic coding for qualitative data analysis
• Ability to synthesise complex qualitative data into clear consumer insight narratives with strategic implications
• Strong proposal writing skills and experience responding to qualitative research briefs from client marketing teams
• Good team leadership and mentoring skills for developing junior research executives
• Client-facing presentation confidence for delivering qualitative findings to brand teams and senior marketing stakeholders
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
