📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage long-overdue and high-risk gold loan accounts that have not responded to initial collections follow-up
• Issue formal notices to customers as per RBI-mandated recovery procedures before auction proceedings
• Coordinate the gold auction process for chronically overdue accounts in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Conduct field recovery visits and negotiate final settlement or repayment options with customers
• Maintain detailed documentation of recovery actions, notices, and auction proceedings for audit and legal purposes
• Ensure all recovery and auction activities comply with RBI fair practices code and company policy
• Prepare recovery performance reports for branch and area management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1-4 years of recovery, collections, or NBFC field operations experience
• Knowledge of RBI fair practices code and regulatory requirements for gold loan recovery and auction
• Strong negotiation skills for handling difficult, long-overdue customer situations professionally
• Willingness to conduct field visits for high-value or resistant recovery cases
• Attention to detail for maintaining compliant documentation of recovery and auction actions
• Emotional resilience and professionalism when managing sensitive recovery conversations
• Good coordination skills for working with branch, legal, and auction service providers
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
