📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and job portals by designing Boolean search strings matched to open job descriptions
• Screen inbound applications and shortlist candidate profiles against minimum qualification, experience, and skill criteria defined in the job requirement sheet
• Reach out to potential candidates via call and email to confirm interest, verify current employment status, and schedule screening interviews with recruiters
• Maintain and update candidate pipeline records in the ATS or shared tracker for each active job requirement handled by the recruitment team
• Parse job descriptions provided by senior recruiters or clients and identify key mandatory and preferred skills to guide sourcing strategy
• Build and refresh talent databases across assigned skill categories so future requirements can be filled faster from an existing pipeline
• Coordinate with senior recruiters to share daily sourcing progress, flag candidate shortages for niche roles, and adjust search strategy based on feedback

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any stream with 0 to 2 years of recruitment sourcing experience at a staffing firm, HR consultancy, or corporate HR team
• Hands-on experience using Naukri.com and LinkedIn to search, identify, and shortlist candidate profiles for active job requirements
• Basic Boolean search knowledge for constructing keyword strings across job portals and LinkedIn to surface relevant candidate profiles efficiently
• Ability to read and parse job descriptions to identify mandatory qualifications, experience bands, and technical skills needed for effective sourcing
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for candidate outreach calls and email follow-ups with minimum tone of professional courtesy
• Organised approach to maintaining sourcing trackers, updating candidate status fields, and sharing regular pipeline reports with the recruitment team
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment with daily sourcing and shortlisting metrics as part of the recruitment team's delivery commitment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
