📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the regional business P&L across multiple areas, driving growth in loan disbursement and profitability
• Lead and develop a team of area managers across the assigned region
• Define regional business strategy including branch expansion, market penetration, and competitive positioning
• Oversee regulatory compliance and risk management across all branches and areas within the region
• Identify and develop future leadership talent within the regional branch network
• Report regional performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior management and the board
• Drive portfolio risk oversight and ensure asset quality remains within acceptable thresholds regionally

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA with 10-18 years of progressive NBFC or banking experience, including several years in area or regional leadership
• Demonstrated ownership of large regional P&L with consistent business growth delivery
• Strong strategic planning skills for branch expansion and market positioning decisions
• In-depth knowledge of RBI regulatory requirements and regional risk management practices
• Proven talent development track record for building a strong area and branch management bench
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for senior management and board-level reporting
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region for area and branch reviews
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
