📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead QSR operations across a region covering multiple cities including Coimbatore and surrounding Tamil Nadu markets.
• Own regional P and L including all outlet revenue, food cost, labour cost, and EBITDA performance accountability.
• Manage and develop a team of area managers responsible for outlet clusters across the assigned regional territory.
• Develop and enforce regional operational SOPs, food safety standards, and brand audit frameworks across the outlet network.
• Support the expansion team with new market entry assessment, site approval, and pre-opening operational readiness.
• Align regional operations with central HR, supply chain, marketing, and finance functions on strategy and resource allocation.
• Present regional performance reviews, market opportunity analysis, and operational recommendations to the CEO or COO.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in operations or hospitality management, or a BHM with post-graduate management qualification, from a recognised institution.
• Eight to sixteen years of QSR or food service chain operations experience with at least four years in multi-zone leadership.
• Proven track record of managing regional QSR P and L across a portfolio of thirty or more outlets with consistent performance.
• Strong organisational leadership to manage area manager teams, develop operations talent, and build a high-performance culture.
• Deep knowledge of QSR chain expansion, franchise development, and technology adoption in multi-city F and B operations.
• Experience developing and rolling out SOPs, training frameworks, and brand governance systems at a regional network scale.
• Strategic and analytical mindset to identify performance gaps, prioritise interventions, and drive scalable operational improvements.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
