📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value and repeat gold loan customers
• Proactively follow up with customers on loan renewals, top-ups, and repayment schedules
• Cross-sell related financial products such as insurance and savings schemes to the existing customer base
• Monitor customer loan portfolio health and flag accounts requiring proactive engagement
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with the branch manager on customer retention strategies and portfolio growth
• Maintain detailed relationship and interaction records in the CRM system

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1-4 years of customer relationship or portfolio management experience, preferably in banking or NBFC
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Cross-selling aptitude and target orientation for related financial products
• Good communication skills in the local language and English
• Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and renewals
• Problem-solving skills for resolving customer complaints effectively
• Ability to manage a portfolio of repeat and high-value customers
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
