📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design structured survey questionnaires for quantitative consumer and market research projects across FMCG, retail, and healthcare categories
• Programme and deploy online surveys using platforms such as Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey for digital research assignments
• Analyse quantitative survey data using SPSS, Excel, or R including cross-tabulations, frequency distributions, and significance testing
• Prepare research reports summarising key findings with charts, tables, and written insight commentary for client delivery
• Coordinate with field teams or panel providers to ensure sample targets are met within project timelines
• Assist senior researchers in developing research proposals, methodology notes, and client presentation decks
• Monitor data quality throughout the field process and flag inconsistencies in incoming survey data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Statistics, or Social Sciences with interest in quantitative consumer research
• Working knowledge of SPSS or Excel for basic data analysis including cross-tabulations and frequency tables
• Understanding of quantitative research methodology including sample design, questionnaire structure, and scaling techniques
• Ability to write clear and concise research reports summarising data findings for client audiences
• Familiarity with online survey platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Google Forms is an advantage
• Good analytical thinking skills and attention to detail in data review and report preparation
• Freshers with relevant internship or project experience in market research are welcome to apply
