📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop corporate accounts, travel management companies, and local businesses for room revenue generation.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, and hotel site inspections to convert prospects into contracted accounts.
• Negotiate room rates, corporate contracts, and bulk booking packages in line with the hotel's revenue targets.
• Manage the hotel's presence and rate parity across OTA platforms and B2B travel agent portals.
• Track and manage a sales lead pipeline and report weekly sales activity and revenue forecasts to the property manager.
• Develop relationships with local event agencies, training companies, and hospital referral networks for room business.
• Attend local networking events and industry meets to represent the hotel and generate new business leads.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or Bachelor in Hotel Management (BHM) from a recognised institute.
• 0 to 3 years of hotel sales or B2B sales experience; freshers with hotel management background are considered.
• Basic knowledge of hotel room revenue metrics including occupancy, average daily rate, and RevPAR.
• Good English and Tamil communication and presentation skills for corporate client interaction and negotiations.
• Familiarity with OTA portals and basic rate management for budget hotel distribution channels.
• Possession of a two-wheeler or driving licence for client visits across Coimbatore corporate zones.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented attitude with good relationship-building skills for B2B account development.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
