📌 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective buyers who enquire about residential projects through walk-ins, digital leads, and referrals.
• Conduct site visits and present project details, floor plans, pricing, and payment schemes to potential buyers.
• Follow up consistently with leads to move prospects through the sales funnel and convert bookings.
• Explain RERA-compliant documentation, registration processes, and home loan tie-up options to clients.
• Meet monthly and quarterly booking targets set by the sales manager for assigned residential projects.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and lead status updates in the company CRM system.
• Coordinate with CRM and legal teams after booking to ensure smooth post-sales handover documentation.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; B.Com., BBA, or BA preferred for communication-heavy client-facing roles.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in residential real estate sales or direct consumer product sales.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets in a field-intensive or showroom sales environment.
• Basic understanding of Coimbatore's residential micro-markets including OMR, Tambaram, and Porur corridors.
• Familiarity with home loan processes, RERA documentation, and property registration procedures is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-ticket buyers.
• Willingness to work weekends as residential project sites have peak footfall on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
