📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the hotel's security team across all shifts to maintain premises safety and access control standards.
• Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond immediately to any suspicious activity or security breach.
• Manage visitor and vehicle entry at the hotel gate, verifying identity and maintaining accurate visitor logs.
• Conduct regular security rounds of the hotel premises including parking, corridors, back-of-house, and perimeter.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or staff altercations and file accurate incident reports.
• Coordinate with the fire officer and hotel management for fire drills, emergency evacuation planning, and safety checks.
• Liaise with the front office on lost property handling, guest dispute management, and after-hours access requests.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate from a recognised board or university; prior security or defence background is an advantage.
• 1 to 4 years of hotel or commercial premises security experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of CCTV operation, access control systems, and hotel security standard operating procedures.
• Physical fitness and ability to manage security duties across rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Good Tamil communication skills and basic English for interacting with guests, staff, and management.
• Understanding of fire safety regulations, emergency response procedures, and first aid basics.
• Honest, alert, and dependable character essential for a hotel security supervision role.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
