📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead art direction for integrated advertising campaigns across television, print, outdoor, digital, and retail environments for major brand accounts
• Develop brand visual identity systems including logos, colour language, typography, and visual guidelines for new and relaunching brand clients
• Direct TVC production shoots and film pre-production boards in collaboration with film directors, photographers, and post-production vendors
• Mentor junior art directors, review their conceptual and execution work, and provide design and campaign craft feedback during production
• Present visual campaign concepts and brand identity work to senior clients, handling feedback and aligning creative direction with brand strategy
• Oversee the quality and consistency of all visual output from the creative team, ensuring brand guideline compliance across every deliverable
• Collaborate with copywriters and the creative group head to develop award-calibre campaign concepts for flagship client pitches and annual competitions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of advertising art direction experience with a portfolio demonstrating campaign visual work across print, television, outdoor, and digital media
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with experience preparing finished artwork for print, outdoor, and digital production
• Demonstrated experience directing brand visual identity projects including logo design, brand guideline development, and visual system rollout
• Experience in TVC pre-production including storyboard development, shot design, and on-set art direction for film and photography productions
• Strong client communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and design rationale to senior brand stakeholders
• B.Des in Graphic Design or Visual Communication; a portfolio of significant brand campaigns is the primary evaluation criterion at this level
• Awareness of international advertising creative standards and exposure to campaigns recognised at Cannes Lions, Spikes Asia, or Abbies
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
