📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead copy development for integrated advertising campaigns spanning print, television, digital, outdoor, and radio for multi-category client portfolios
• Write television and digital film scripts, radio spots, and OOH headline copy as part of 360-degree campaign rollouts for major brand accounts
• Develop brand language frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and messaging hierarchies for new and relaunching brand clients
• Mentor and guide junior copywriters, reviewing their work, providing constructive briefing on creative improvement, and developing their conceptual skills
• Present creative concepts to clients directly in pitch and campaign review meetings, explaining copy rationale and responding to brief requirements
• Collaborate with art directors, film directors, and production houses to ensure copy and visual concepts are executed as intended during production
• Adapt campaign copy across regional and linguistic markets including Tamil, ensuring cultural relevance and tonal accuracy for the Coimbatore audience

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of advertising copywriting experience at a full-service agency with a portfolio demonstrating campaign work across multiple categories
• Demonstrated ability to write across media formats including print ads, TVC scripts, OOH headlines, digital display, social media, and radio spots
• Strong conceptual thinking skills with experience developing original campaign ideas that go beyond product features to communicate brand values
• Experience presenting copy and creative concepts to clients and handling feedback from both creative directors and client brand teams
• Fluency in written English and Tamil advertising copy for Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu market campaigns
• Graduate degree in Mass Communication, Advertising, English, or Journalism; professional advertising portfolio is the primary evaluation criterion
• Awareness of award-winning advertising from Cannes, Effies, and Abbies to benchmark creative standard and apply relevant insights to client work
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
