📌 Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level mandates across niche or specialised skill categories requiring targeted headhunting and market mapping
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions using headhunting, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and talent database mining
• Conduct detailed competency-based interviews to assess candidates against role-specific technical and behavioural criteria before presenting to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular mandate updates, candidate pipeline sharing, and proactive market intelligence sharing
• Lead and mentor junior recruiters and sourcers on the team, reviewing their work and coaching them on sourcing strategy and candidate assessment
• Negotiate compensation packages with senior candidates and manage counter-offer situations through the notice period and joining confirmation stage
• Own delivery accountability for a portfolio of client mandates, ensuring closures within agreed timelines and maintaining high submission-to-interview ratios

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA HR with 2 to 6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience at a staffing firm, executive search boutique, or corporate talent acquisition team
• Demonstrated track record of closing senior or niche mandates across technical, functional, or leadership roles with measurable delivery metrics
• Strong headhunting and talent mapping skills using LinkedIn, Boolean search, referral networks, and proprietary talent databases for passive candidate engagement
• Experience conducting structured competency-based interviews and preparing detailed candidate assessments for client review
• Client-facing skills with the ability to manage client expectations, provide market intelligence, and build credibility as a trusted recruitment partner
• Proven ability to negotiate offers for senior candidates including CTC structuring, variable pay discussions, and notice period management
• Experience mentoring junior team members, reviewing sourced profiles, and building a high-performing recruitment delivery team
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
