📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team for one or more residential projects, setting targets and driving monthly booking volume.
• Coach and mentor sales executives on client handling, site visit conversion, and objection management techniques.
• Conduct daily and weekly sales review meetings to track leads, site visits, bookings, and pipeline status.
• Personally engage with high-value clients and handle senior-level negotiations on pricing and payment terms.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up process efficiency.
• Liaise with the channel partner manager on broker-sourced pipeline and combined sales strategy.
• Report weekly and monthly sales performance to the VP Sales and management team with action plans.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 5 to 12 years of residential real estate sales experience including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of managing sales teams and consistently achieving booking targets for residential projects.
• Strong coaching and mentoring ability to develop the skills of sales executive team members.
• Deep understanding of Coimbatore's residential real estate micro-markets, competitive projects, and buyer profiles.
• Experience with CRM tools for sales pipeline tracking and performance monitoring.
• Ability to negotiate senior-level client discussions on pricing, configurations, and payment terms.
• Knowledge of home loan processes, RERA documentation, and sale agreement procedures.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
