📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all outlet operations during the assigned shift including kitchen production, counter service, and delivery dispatch.
• Brief the crew at shift start on daily targets, promotional items, food safety reminders, and staffing assignments.
• Monitor shift sales against daily targets and implement real-time actions to drive counter throughput during slow periods.
• Resolve customer complaints at the outlet level and escalate unresolvable issues to the assistant or store manager.
• Conduct shift-opening and shift-closing checklists including equipment checks, cash drawer setup, and food safety logs.
• Perform inventory spot checks on raw materials, packaging, and consumables to ensure sufficient stock for the shift.
• Complete the shift handover report covering sales, incidents, waste, and staff attendance for the store manager's review.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate degree; prior experience as QSR crew member or counter executive is required.
• One to three years of QSR or fast food chain experience with demonstrated ability to lead a crew team on shift.
• Knowledge of QSR shift operations including food safety compliance, POS reconciliation, and cash handling procedures.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English to brief crew, handle customers, and coordinate with store management.
• Ability to make quick decisions during rush periods, manage staff gaps, and maintain brand service standards.
• Basic understanding of daily sales metrics, average transaction value, and shift cost drivers in a QSR environment.
• Reliability and punctuality as shift supervisors are accountable for outlet operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
