📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the residential project site including RCC, masonry, and finishing works.
• Monitor concrete mix, curing procedures, and structural quality against approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify bar bending schedules and check reinforcement placement before concrete pours.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, labour supervisors, and material suppliers to ensure uninterrupted site progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports capturing work completed, manpower deployed, and material consumed.
• Identify and report quality deviations, safety violations, and site issues to the project manager.
• Maintain site measurement books for quantity verification supporting billing engineer's work.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution; AMIE candidates with site experience also considered.
• 1 to 5 years of hands-on site supervision experience on residential apartment or commercial construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and site layout plans.
• Working knowledge of IS codes relevant to RCC construction, masonry, and concrete quality standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review; experience with project management software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and ability to enforce PPE compliance on site.
• Willingness to work on active construction sites in Coimbatore's growth corridors including OMR and Tambaram zones.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
