📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars for client brand accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter
• Write engaging captions, plan visual content themes, and oversee creative asset production with the design and copy teams for each client's social platforms
• Monitor brand community engagement, respond to comments and messages in brand voice, and escalate sensitive issues to account managers promptly
• Track social media performance metrics monthly including follower growth, reach, engagement rate, and link clicks and compile reports for client review
• Identify and co-ordinate influencer collaboration opportunities for client brands and manage influencer briefs, deliverables, and content approvals
• Use social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, competitor activity, and category conversations to inform content strategy and client recommendations
• Plan and execute social media campaign activations around product launches, festive seasons, and promotional events for assigned client brands

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a strong understanding of social media platforms and brand communication best practices
• Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts either professionally or through documented personal brand management with measurable results
• Ability to write concise, engaging social media captions in English and Tamil that are aligned with each brand's tone of voice and audience
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools and ability to interpret reach, engagement, and follower data to prepare monthly client performance reports
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Meta Business Suite for managing multi-brand posting schedules
• Basic understanding of paid social media advertising on Instagram and Facebook to co-ordinate with the performance marketing team on boosted content
• Experience co-ordinating with influencers or brand ambassadors for social content collaborations is an advantage for this role
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
