📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue commercial and industrial solar EPC project opportunities in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu through direct client outreach, channel partners, and industry events
• Lead bid preparation and submission for commercial rooftop and ground mount solar tenders including techno-commercial proposals and negotiation
• Develop and manage a portfolio of key commercial and industrial accounts including factories, warehouses, hospitals, and educational institutions
• Build and nurture a network of solar channel partners, energy consultants, and electrical contractors for project referrals
• Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and market share trends in the Tamil Nadu rooftop and C and I solar market
• Coordinate with internal design, project, and finance teams to ensure proposals are technically accurate and commercially competitive
• Report monthly order pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to senior management and participate in business planning reviews

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How do you identify and qualify a commercial or industrial solar EPC opportunity in Coimbatore and move it through the sales funnel?
• Describe your approach to preparing a techno-commercial proposal for a 1 MW industrial rooftop solar project
• What pricing and margin strategy do you use when competing against three or four other solar EPC companies in a Coimbatore tender?
• How do you develop and manage a channel partner network for solar sales in the Tamil Nadu market?
• What are the key solar policy and tariff changes in Tamil Nadu that affect commercial and industrial solar investment decisions?
• Describe a situation where you won a large solar EPC contract through competitive bidding and what differentiated your proposal
• How do you manage key account relationships at C and I clients to generate repeat orders and referrals?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.E.
