- Coordinate with empanelled banks and housing finance companies to facilitate solar rooftop loan sanctions for residential customers
- Assist customers with KYC documentation, bank loan applications, and net metering registration forms for TANGEDCO
- File net metering applications with TANGEDCO on behalf of residential and commercial solar customers and track approval status
- Maintain customer subsidy and finance application trackers in Excel and provide status updates to customers and sales teams
- Liaise with TANGEDCO DISCOM offices for net meter installation appointments, interconnection agreements, and billing registration
- Resolve customer queries on subsidy timelines, bank EMI schedules, and TANGEDCO net metering billing processes
