📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple rooftop and ground mount solar EPC projects simultaneously, from contract award to commissioning and handover
• Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project or Primavera and monitor progress against baseline at weekly reviews
• Manage sub-contractors, equipment suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all active projects
• Control project costs and budgets, track change orders, and report margin performance to senior management and finance team
• Identify and mitigate project risks including design delays, equipment delivery issues, TANGEDCO approval timelines, and site access constraints
• Maintain regular client communication through progress reports, site visit meetings, and formal project review presentations
• Ensure all projects achieve commissioning, grid synchronisation, and documentation closure within contractual timelines and quality standards

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How do you manage three to five simultaneous solar EPC projects across different sites in Tamil Nadu without losing control of any?
• Describe your approach to developing a project schedule for a 2 MW industrial rooftop solar project from civil foundation to TANGEDCO commissioning
• How do you handle a situation where a key equipment delivery is delayed by four weeks mid-project?
• What cost control measures do you implement on a solar EPC project to protect margin against scope changes?
• How do you manage the TANGEDCO synchronisation and metering approval process to avoid delays to project commissioning?
• Describe a solar project that faced significant challenges and how you brought it back on track
• What KPIs do you track on a solar project portfolio and how do you report them to senior management?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
