📌 Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for rooftop solar systems through cold calling, digital enquiries, referrals, and site visits in Coimbatore and Tamil Nadu
- Conduct site visits to residential, commercial, and industrial customer premises to assess rooftop suitability and prepare solar proposals
- Explain solar system sizing, ROI, payback period, net metering benefits, and TANGEDCO subsidy schemes to prospective customers
- Follow up on proposals, handle customer objections, and close sales within the target sales cycle
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare accurate proposals and with the project team for installation scheduling after order closure
- Maintain customer data, lead status, and follow-up schedules in the CRM system and submit weekly sales pipeline reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets for rooftop solar system capacity in kW and meet customer satisfaction benchmarks on handover
