📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the staffing operations team across recruitment delivery, contract workforce management, client services, and compliance for a portfolio of accounts
• Design and implement staffing delivery processes, SLA frameworks, and quality standards that ensure consistent on-time delivery across all active client mandates
• Oversee team performance through delivery KPIs including closure rates, time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratios, and offer-to-joining conversion for each client
• Drive client retention by monitoring satisfaction levels, resolving escalations promptly, and proactively strengthening client relationships across the operations portfolio
• Manage the P and L for the operations vertical including revenue tracking, margin oversight, cost management, and monthly business performance reporting
• Build and develop the delivery team through structured hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, and career development planning for team members
• Coordinate with business development leadership to onboard new clients, set up delivery infrastructure for new accounts, and ensure smooth service commencement

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA HR or equivalent with 4 to 10 years of progressive staffing operations or delivery management experience at a mid-size or large staffing firm
• Demonstrated track record of leading recruitment delivery teams and managing client SLAs across permanent, contract, and RPO staffing service lines
• Strong P and L awareness with the ability to track revenue, manage margins, identify cost optimisation opportunities, and report business performance accurately
• Experience designing and implementing delivery processes, quality checkpoints, and team KPI frameworks that improve staffing operations efficiency and output quality
• Proven client retention and relationship management capability at a senior level, with experience leading high-stakes client review meetings and escalation resolution
• Leadership and team development skills for building motivated delivery teams, managing performance issues, and supporting career growth of recruitment professionals
• Familiarity with vendor management for associate recruiters, freelance delivery resources, and technology tools used in staffing operations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
