📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate POS billing terminals to process customer purchases of electronics products accurately
• Generate GST-compliant tax invoices for all product sales including accessories and warranty add-ons
• Process EMI transactions through partner bank EDC machines and complete loan disbursement paperwork
• Handle cash, debit card, credit card, and UPI payment modes at the billing counter
• Bill extended warranty and protection plan purchases as add-on line items to customer invoices
• Reconcile the cash drawer, card settlement reports, and EMI disbursals at end of each shift
• Resolve customer billing queries related to invoice corrections, warranty inclusions, and payment receipts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or any discipline from a recognised university
• Working knowledge of POS billing software and GST invoice generation for retail transactions
• Familiarity with EMI processing through bank EDC terminals and associated loan documentation
• Accuracy and speed in cash handling and digital payment processing
• Basic understanding of GST rate slabs applicable to consumer electronics products
• Knowledge of extended warranty and protection plan billing procedures is an advantage
• Freshers with commerce background and computer proficiency are eligible to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
