📌 Key Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for the electronics store's PandL including sales revenue, gross margin, and operating costs
• Lead and develop the store team across all functions including sales, service, billing, and operations
• Drive store-level promotional campaigns in coordination with area and category management teams
• Manage store inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and periodic stock audit compliance
• Coordinate with brand sales representatives and vendor partners for in-store visibility, schemes, and stock planning
• Ensure compliance with all store audit requirements, fire safety norms, and operational checklists
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly store performance reports to the area manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Retail Management or Business Administration is preferred
• Four to ten years of electronics retail experience with at least two years managing a full store or large department
• Demonstrated track record of achieving store sales and margin targets in a consumer electronics retail environment
• Strong people management skills for leading and developing teams of twenty or more staff
• Commercial understanding of electronics store PandL including category contribution, shrinkage impact, and fixed cost management
• Experience coordinating with brand representatives and managing in-store brand visibility is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English for team, vendor, and corporate management interaction
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
