📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the full operational and financial performance of the QSR outlet including daily sales, food cost, and labour cost.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and appraise all outlet staff including shift supervisors, crew, cashiers, and delivery executives.
• Control food cost and wastage through daily consumption monitoring, accurate portioning audits, and FIFO enforcement.
• Ensure full FSSAI food safety compliance, maintain cleanliness audit scores, and prepare for brand operational audits.
• Review daily MIS reports including sales, transaction count, average order value, and shift-wise cost performance.
• Manage local store marketing activities including in-store displays, promotional execution, and customer loyalty initiatives.
• Address escalated customer complaints, coordinate with delivery aggregator support for rating management, and improve NPS.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management) from a recognised institution is required.
• Three to eight years of QSR or food service experience with at least two years in a shift supervisor or assistant manager role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage outlet P and L including food cost, labour cost, and EBITDA performance metrics.
• Strong team management skills to hire, train, motivate, and retain a crew team of ten to thirty staff members.
• Deep knowledge of QSR kitchen operations, food safety compliance, and brand SOP audit requirements.
• Proficiency in QSR MIS dashboards, daily sales reporting, and basic financial review for outlet-level decision making.
• Good communication in Tamil and English for coordinating with area management, brand auditors, and delivery partners.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
