📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage full PandL accountability for a cluster of electronics retail stores in the assigned geography
• Lead a team of store managers across the cluster and drive consistent operational and commercial performance
• Set cluster-level sales, margin, and inventory targets and review store performance against metrics monthly
• Drive cluster-level brand partner relationships and coordinate with vendors on area-specific schemes and stock planning
• Oversee new store pre-opening activities within the cluster including staffing, fit-out coordination, and launch planning
• Conduct regular operational audits across all cluster stores to ensure compliance with brand and company standards
• Build a strong cluster management pipeline through talent identification, coaching, and succession planning

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised institution, preferably in Retail Management, Operations, or General Management
• Eight to eighteen years of electronics or consumer durables retail experience with at least four years in multi-store leadership
• Demonstrated track record of managing cluster-level PandL covering multiple stores and a large retail team
• Experience with new store launches, pre-opening management, and store ramp-up in a consumer electronics retail chain
• Strong leadership and coaching skills for developing store managers and supervisors within the cluster
• In-depth knowledge of consumer electronics category management, brand partner dynamics, and retail operations standards
• Willingness to travel frequently across the cluster geography for store reviews, audits, and team meetings
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
