📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the electronics sales floor team during assigned shifts and drive daily sales targets
• Conduct shift briefings covering daily targets, active schemes, new product launches, and team allocation
• Handle customer escalations on the floor that exceed individual sales executive authority
• Monitor showroom floor presentation, demo unit functionality, and planogram compliance throughout the shift
• Manage shift attendance, punctuality, and floor coverage planning to ensure adequate staffing at all times
• Review individual sales executive performance daily and provide coaching and feedback to underperformers
• Complete store opening and closing procedures including floor checks, cash reporting, and security protocols

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate from a recognised university
• Two to five years of consumer electronics retail experience with at least one year in a team leader or supervisory role
• Demonstrated ability to drive daily sales targets and manage a team of six to fifteen sales executives
• Strong customer handling and escalation resolution skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, floor operations, and store compliance procedures
• Ability to conduct effective shift briefings and motivate the team during low-performance periods
• Working knowledge of electronics product categories across mobile, computing, television, and appliances
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
