📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured onboarding training for all new crew members covering kitchen SOPs, food safety, counter service, and brand standards.
• Deliver on-the-job coaching at each station to ensure new crew are proficient before independent assignment.
• Assess crew member skill levels against brand training checklists and identify gaps requiring additional coaching.
• Maintain training records for all store staff covering completed modules, assessment scores, and certification dates.
• Facilitate refresher training for existing crew on updated SOPs, new product launches, and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with the store manager on training scheduling to ensure coverage is maintained during training sessions.
• Report training progress, pass rates, and identified skill gaps to the area training manager on a monthly basis.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree or Diploma in Hotel Management (DHM) from a recognised institution is required.
• One to four years of QSR or food service experience with demonstrated ability to train and coach frontline staff.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English to deliver training to crew members from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Thorough knowledge of QSR kitchen SOPs, food safety standards, and counter service procedures for the brand.
• Ability to assess trainee performance objectively, provide constructive feedback, and track improvement over time.
• Patience, coaching mindset, and the ability to break down complex SOPs into simple steps for new crew trainees.
• Familiarity with maintaining training documentation, digital learning management systems, and brand training toolkits.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
