📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly raw material requirements for QSR outlets based on sales forecasts and current stock levels.
• Raise purchase orders with approved vendors and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure on-time stock availability.
• Coordinate with QSR outlet teams to collect daily consumption data, identify stock shortfalls, and arrange urgent replenishment.
• Monitor cold chain delivery compliance for temperature-sensitive ingredients and flag deviations to the quality team.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across central and outlet-level warehouses using the brand's ERP or inventory system.
• Analyse daily and weekly wastage reports and work with outlet managers to identify root causes and reduce food waste.
• Support the procurement manager with vendor performance tracking, price negotiation data, and alternate sourcing identification.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; logistics, supply chain, or commerce background is preferred for this role.
• Zero to three years of supply chain, procurement, or inventory management experience in a food or FMCG company.
• Familiarity with demand planning concepts, purchase order management, and stock reconciliation processes.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software for tracking purchases and stock movements.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills to manage multiple vendors and outlet teams simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of cold chain requirements for perishable food ingredients and QSR stock freshness standards.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for managing inventory trackers, purchase registers, and wastage analysis reports.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
