📌 Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across client organisations to understand talent requirements, define hiring criteria, and design role-specific sourcing strategies
• Manage the end-to-end TA process for assigned client accounts including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding handoff
• Build and maintain structured interview frameworks for recurring hiring categories to improve candidate assessment consistency and reduce hiring bias
• Own ATS hygiene for all active requisitions by updating candidate stages, disposition reasons, and offer details in real time for accurate pipeline reporting
• Develop and manage employer branding content on LinkedIn and Naukri to improve job visibility, candidate attraction, and application quality for clients
• Track and report TA metrics including time-to-fill, offer-to-join rate, source mix, and cost-per-hire to clients and internal delivery leadership
• Coordinate pre-employment verification, offer letter issuance, and onboarding documentation handoff with the client HR operations team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA HR with 1 to 4 years of talent acquisition experience at an HR consulting firm, staffing company, or corporate TA team
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full TA lifecycle from requirement intake through hiring manager engagement, sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding transition
• Experience building structured interview guides and assessment frameworks for recurring roles to improve evaluation consistency across interviewers
• Proficiency in ATS platforms for requisition management, candidate tracking, and TA reporting with attention to data hygiene and pipeline accuracy
• Exposure to employer branding activities including LinkedIn company page management, job post optimisation, and candidate experience improvement initiatives
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for working independently with hiring managers, HR leaders, and candidates across client organisations
• Analytical capability to track TA metrics, prepare regular delivery reports, and use data to identify and address sourcing or conversion inefficiencies
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
