📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT professionals for roles spanning Java, Python, .NET, cloud, data engineering, DevOps, QA, and other technology domains for client mandates
• Parse complex IT job descriptions to identify must-have technical skills, certifications, experience bands, and platform-specific requirements
• Conduct telephonic technical screening conversations with IT candidates to validate skill claims, assess fitment, and confirm interest and availability
• Use Naukri IT search filters, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to identify both active and passive IT talent for specialised requirements
• Coordinate with vendor recruiters and sub-vendor networks on positions where direct sourcing is insufficient and aggregate profiles for client review
• Build and maintain an IT talent database across technology stacks, experience bands, and location preferences to accelerate future IT staffing requirements
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand technical role context, team structure, and project environment to improve candidate fitment rates

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or any discipline with 0 to 4 years of IT recruitment experience at a staffing firm or IT company HR team
• Working knowledge of common IT technology stacks including Java, Python, .NET, cloud platforms, data engineering, and DevOps tools for JD parsing and screening
• Proficiency in Naukri IT searches and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing active and passive technology professionals across experience levels
• Ability to conduct telephonic screening interviews for IT roles to assess technical skill credibility without needing deep personal expertise in every domain
• Experience coordinating with sub-vendors or associate recruiters to expand sourcing reach for positions where direct pipeline is insufficient
• Good verbal and written communication for candidate interaction, client coordination, and submission of detailed candidate profiles with screening summaries
• Target-oriented approach with experience managing multiple concurrent IT requirements and delivering submissions within agreed timelines
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
