📌 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programmes in Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, or related IT skills to corporate client batches
• Design and update training content, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with client skill requirements
• Facilitate hands-on lab sessions ensuring participants practise concepts in real coding or cloud environments
• Assess participant technical skill acquisition through practical tests and code review exercises
• Customise training content to match client technology stack and project context
• Coordinate with the training coordinator on batch scheduling, participant lists, and lab environment setup
• Provide post-training technical feedback reports to client HR and L and D contacts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science or related discipline
• 1 to 5 years of corporate IT technical training delivery experience
• Hands-on proficiency in at least one major technology stack such as Java, Python, .NET, or Cloud platforms
• Experience designing lab-based training exercises and technical assessments for corporate participants
• TTT or equivalent training delivery certification is an advantage
• Good communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to non-specialist corporate audiences
• Willingness to update course content regularly as technology and client requirements evolve
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
