📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-counter customer transactions including loan repayments, part-payments, and interest collections
• Issue receipts and transaction confirmations to customers promptly and accurately
• Handle routine customer queries related to loan balance, due dates, and repayment options
• Perform basic KYC document verification for walk-in customer transactions
• Update customer transaction records in the branch's core banking or loan management system
• Manage customer queue flow during peak hours to minimise waiting time
• Escalate complex customer issues to the branch manager or relationship officer as needed

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 0-2 years of front-counter or customer service experience, preferably in banking or retail
• Good communication skills in the local language and English for customer interactions
• Basic computer proficiency including data entry and core banking software familiarity
• Patient and customer-friendly demeanour for handling high walk-in volumes
• Numerical accuracy for processing transactions and issuing receipts
• Ability to work standing at a counter for extended periods during peak hours
• Trustworthy with attention to detail for transaction and documentation accuracy
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
