📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programmes for new branch hires covering product knowledge and operational processes
• Conduct mandatory KYC/AML and RBI compliance training sessions for branch and field staff
• Assess training needs across the branch network and develop customised training content accordingly
• Facilitate classroom and on-the-job training sessions for gold appraisal, loan processing, and customer service
• Design assessments to evaluate trainee understanding and readiness for branch deployment
• Maintain training records and MIS reports for compliance and audit purposes
• Coordinate with HR and branch management on training calendars and logistics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 2-6 years of training and development experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, or retail branch networks
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for classroom and on-the-job training delivery
• Knowledge of RBI KYC/AML compliance requirements for training content accuracy
• Ability to design training content and assessments tailored to branch-level roles
• Good coordination skills for managing training calendars across multiple branches
• Patience and adaptability for training staff with varying levels of prior experience
• Willingness to travel across branches or regional training centres as required
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
