📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end operations of training programme delivery across multiple concurrent client batches and programmes
• Plan and optimise trainer resource allocation, venue scheduling, and logistics for all active training engagements
• Lead the training operations team including coordinators, LMS administrators, and logistics support staff
• Manage client delivery escalations and ensure SLA adherence for programme timelines, quality, and reporting
• Review and approve training MIS reports covering batch completion, attendance, trainer utilisation, and client invoicing data
• Implement operational process improvements to increase delivery efficiency and reduce programme overruns
• Coordinate with sales, L and D, and content teams to align operational capacity with the pipeline of new and ongoing client engagements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in HR or operations or equivalent postgraduate qualification
• 3 to 8 years of training operations management experience in a corporate training company or large L and D team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-batch, multi-client training delivery operations simultaneously
• Strong team leadership skills for managing coordinators and cross-functional operations staff
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for handling client delivery escalations professionally
• Proficiency in training MIS reporting and operational data analysis
• Good process improvement mindset with experience implementing or optimising training delivery workflows
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
