📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients for training programmes through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn-based lead generation
• Present training company offerings including soft skills, IT skills, leadership, and compliance programmes to HR and L and D decision-makers
• Prepare and submit customised training proposals and quotations aligned with client requirements
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed training contracts or purchase orders
• Maintain client and prospect records in the CRM and update sales pipeline status regularly
• Coordinate with the training delivery team to ensure smooth handover after sales closure
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the sales leadership team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and persuasion skills
• 0 to 3 years of B2B sales or corporate training sales experience
• Familiarity with the corporate training market and common client objections in training procurement
• Ability to present training offerings clearly and confidently to HR and L and D decision-makers
• Good CRM and pipeline management skills
• Target-driven mindset with ability to manage a high volume of daily prospect interactions
• Fluency in English and Tamil for selling to Coimbatore-based corporate clients across industries
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
