• Handle inbound enquiries for outbound international holiday and honeymoon package sales from walk-in and digital leads.
• Present customised holiday itineraries and pricing proposals for international destinations to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Negotiate package pricing within approved margin guidelines and close sales within target timelines.
• Upsell premium hotels, business class upgrades, optional excursions, and travel insurance to confirmed customers.
• Achieve monthly outbound sales targets set by the branch or department head.
• Maintain accurate sales records, lead status, and conversion tracking in the agency's CRM or sales register.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Tourism is an advantage for international package sales roles.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in outbound holiday package sales or travel consulting in a private travel agency.
• Good knowledge of popular international holiday destinations with ability to confidently present package inclusions.
• Strong consultative selling and lead conversion skills with resilience to handle customer objections professionally.
• Ability to prepare competitive quotations and manage package margins under guidance of the sales manager.
• Goal-oriented attitude with the ability to meet monthly sales targets in a competitive agency environment.
• Tamil and English communication skills for customer-facing holiday sales consultations and follow-ups.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
