📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strict dual-custody control over the branch vault housing pledged gold ornaments
• Ensure proper sealing, labelling, and storage of gold packets as per company security protocols
• Monitor branch CCTV systems and access control points to prevent unauthorised entry to secure areas
• Coordinate periodic vault audits and physical gold verification with branch management and auditors
• Maintain security incident logs and report any anomalies or breaches immediately to management
• Ensure branch insurance documentation for pledged gold is current and accurately reflects vault holdings
• Coordinate with security agencies for cash and gold-in-transit movements as required

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1-4 years of vault security, cash management, or branch security experience
• Trustworthy with a clean background check given the high-value custody responsibilities
• Knowledge of dual-custody vault protocols and security audit requirements
• Attention to detail for gold packet sealing, labelling, and record-keeping accuracy
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
• Calm and alert demeanour for handling security incidents professionally
• Ability to work within strict company security SOPs at all times
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Any Graduate for most branch roles; IIBF (Indian Institute of Banking and Finance) certification for banking/NBFC roles preferred; Gold appraisal and hallmarking certification for appraiser roles; NISM certification for credit and risk roles; RBI-mandated KYC/AML training for all customer-facing roles; Diploma in Gemology or Jewellery Technology an advantage for appraiser roles
