📌 Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, engaging scripts for academic video lessons covering K-12, competitive exam, or skill development topics for digital learning platforms.
• Record screen capture and presentation videos using Camtasia or OBS, producing raw footage aligned to approved content scripts.
• Edit video footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools to produce polished, learner-ready video lessons.
• Coordinate with voice-over artists or academic presenters to ensure script delivery, pacing, and pronunciation accuracy in published video lessons.
• Add captions, subtitles, chapter markers, and end screens to videos in accordance with platform accessibility and SEO standards.
• Optimise video file formats, resolution, and encoding settings for delivery across mobile, tablet, and desktop learning environments.
• Review published video lessons for quality, pacing, and accuracy, flagging issues for correction or re-recording as needed.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with a strong interest in education content and demonstrable experience in video script writing or video production.
• Hands-on proficiency with at least one screen recording tool such as Camtasia or OBS and a video editing application.
• Ability to write well-structured academic scripts that translate complex topics into concise, engaging video narratives suitable for self-paced learners.
• Understanding of video production standards for online education including frame rate, resolution, audio quality, and subtitle accessibility requirements.
• Familiarity with LMS video upload workflows and video hosting platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or proprietary streaming platforms.
• Attention to detail in reviewing video output for audio-visual quality, content accuracy, and learning experience consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple video production tasks simultaneously, meeting content calendar deadlines in a team-based production environment.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
