• Prepare detailed document checklists for each visa type and verify completeness before submission.
• Schedule visa appointments through VFS Global, TLScontact, and other visa application centre portals.
• Guide customers through visa application forms, declaration pages, and supporting document requirements.
• Track visa application status through embassy portals and update customers on processing timelines.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure passports and documents are dispatched and retrieved correctly.
• Handle customer queries on visa requirements, processing times, rejections, and reapplication procedures.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in visa processing or travel agency operations is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in visa assistance, documentation handling, or travel agency operations.
• Working knowledge of Schengen, UK, US, and Canada visa application requirements and documentation checklists.
• Familiarity with VFS Global, TLScontact, and other visa application centre appointment and tracking portals.
• Strong attention to detail for document verification and accurate visa application form guidance.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for customer-facing visa consultation and correspondence.
• Ability to manage multiple visa applications simultaneously and track status across different embassy processes.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
