📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain the real estate experience centre layout including project display boards and model flat setups.
• Style and dress sample flats to showcase apartment configurations, finishes, and furniture layouts attractively.
• Place marketing collateral, brochures, price lists, and brand elements as per the developer's brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendors for supply and installation of display props, signage, and experience centre furniture.
• Refresh experience centre displays for new project launches or when existing displays become outdated.
• Ensure the experience centre and sample flat are clean, presentable, and client-ready at all times.
• Support marketing events at the experience centre by setting up displays and promotional material.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; diploma or degree in Interior Design or Visual Communication is an advantage.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate experience centre management, retail visual merchandising, or exhibition display.
• Strong aesthetic sense for interior styling, colour coordination, and space presentation.
• Ability to work with vendor teams to procure and install display materials and props.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing collateral including brochures, project boards, and model unit displays.
• Good communication skills for liaising with marketing and sales teams on display requirements.
• Willingness to work weekends as the experience centre has peak visitor traffic on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
