📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate vocational training batches under NSDC and NCVT-affiliated schemes at the private training centre
• Manage learner registration, enrolment documentation, and Aadhaar-linked verification processes required for scheme compliance
• Maintain batch attendance registers and upload attendance data to NSDC MIS portals within stipulated timelines
• Schedule and coordinate assessor visits for end-of-batch assessments under NCVT qualification packs
• Liaise with scheme coordinators and assessment agencies for assessment scheduling and certification paperwork
• Prepare monthly batch reports covering batch strength, attendance, assessment results, and certification status
• Support learners with post-training placement linkage activities and employment documentation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline with knowledge of NSDC, PMKVY, or NCVT scheme operations
• 0 to 3 years of vocational training coordination or skill development scheme administration experience
• Familiarity with NSDC MIS portal operations for learner registration and attendance data upload
• Understanding of NCVT qualification packs, assessment process, and certification requirements
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills for scheme compliance and audit purposes
• Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel and government skill scheme portals
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English for coordinating with learners, trainers, and scheme contacts
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
