📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the national or regional P and L for the entire QSR chain including all company-owned and franchise outlet revenue and costs.
• Set the chain's overall operations strategy covering expansion, brand standards, technology adoption, and workforce development.
• Lead the full operations organisation including regional managers, area managers, and support function heads.
• Govern the franchise network by setting standards, reviewing franchisee performance, and supporting partner development.
• Represent operations at board and investor meetings, present business performance, and contribute to strategic planning decisions.
• Drive new city and new format expansion including market selection, site strategy, pre-opening execution, and ramp-up management.
• Champion operational technology adoption including POS modernisation, kitchen automation, and delivery platform integration.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a premier institution or BHM with extensive post-graduate leadership development in QSR or food service operations.
• Fifteen to twenty-eight years of progressive QSR or food service chain operations with at least six years in C-suite or VP-level roles.
• Demonstrated national or large regional P and L ownership across a portfolio of fifty or more QSR outlets.
• Track record of building and leading large operations organisations including regional management teams and support functions.
• Deep expertise in QSR franchise development, brand governance, and multi-format chain expansion strategy.
• Experience representing operations at board level, managing investor relationships, and contributing to M and A or funding processes.
• Visionary leadership, strategic agility, and the ability to build a high-performance culture across a large and diverse operations workforce.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
